Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to the public turnkeeper.ai website, pilot request forms, and any preview of the AI agent conversation governance platform (the “Service”). This is a starter document and should be reviewed by counsel, and completed with your legal entity name and governing jurisdiction, before public launch.

Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization, and “you” refers to that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Site and Service use
You may use the Service to learn about turnkeeper.ai and to request pilot access. You agree not to misuse the Service, including by:
- Interfering with, disrupting, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
- Submitting unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or content you do not have the right to share;
- Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of the Service without our prior written permission;
- Using the Service to build a competing product or to scrape content at scale.
Pilot access
Submitting a pilot request does not guarantee access. Pilot participation, timing, scope, and any commercial terms are determined separately with each team and may be governed by a separate written agreement, which controls in the event of a conflict with these Terms.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its content, design, and trademarks, is owned by turnkeeper.ai and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Service for its intended purpose. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Disclaimers and no warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. Product descriptions and features are under active development and may change. turnkeeper.ai does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, turnkeeper.ai will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version with a new effective date, and your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
