Core Concepts

The main objects are workflows, policy checks, review queues, and audit events.

A workflow is the customer-facing or operational path where an AI agent may speak, ask, route, approve, block, stop, or call a tool.

Policy checks evaluate a proposed action before it becomes visible or writes to another system. Review queues collect risky turns with the transcript, policy match, and recommended resolution.

Use audit events to connect the policy version, decision, reviewer action, transcript custody, and downstream outcome.
